How do I install the mount with screws for permanent mounting?
Hold the bracket against the wall in your desired position, mark the screw holes with a pencil, drill pilot holes, insert the included wall anchors, then drive the included screws through the bracket into the wall before attaching the doorbell.
How do I remove the doorbell to charge the battery?
Use the included matching screwdriver to remove the anti-theft screw from the bottom of the bracket, then slide the doorbell upward and off the mount. Charge as usual and slide it back on once powered.
Does this mount work with the Ring Video Doorbell 3, 4, or wired models?
The bracket is designed for the Ring Battery Doorbell, Battery Doorbell Plus, and Battery Doorbell Pro. Earlier or wired Ring models have a different body shape and are not officially supported.
Will it work with the new Ring Battery Doorbell Plus released in 2024?
